Case Study
Background
We were working on a large scale enterprise project from past 5 years in an agile delivery mode.
This case study outlines the journey we undertook as a team to resolve issues we were facing with our Design approach and process.
Problem Statememt
Widespread discontent about the state of design activities in this project was observed among the UX designers, even leading to attrition.
We wanted to investigate the exact reasons for the discontent among the team, so that together, we can find solutions on how to mitigate/ resolve them
